Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy

CureDuchenne is a national nonprofit that raises awareness and funds research for Duchenne muscular dystrophy treatment.  We strive to find a cure for Duchenne muscular dystrophy.

Our goal is to halt the progress of the disease by bringing life-saving drugs to help this generation of Duchenne boys. CureDuchenne has funded seven projects that have advanced into human clinical trials. CureDuchenne will continue to fund impactful research until there is a cure. Today, the world’s leading scientists are working with CureDuchenne to help determine the most viable research projects and to accelerate the clinical trial process.

The organization was founded by Debra and Paul Miller after their son was diagnosed with Duchenne. At the time, there was not an organization focused exclusively on Duchenne muscular dystrophy treatments.
